According to the official Twitter Account of Karachi King, Imad Waseem Will Lead Karachi Kings in PSL 8. In the upcoming Pakistan Super League season 8, Karachi Kings will be led by Imad Wasim after Babar Azam joins Peshawar Zalmi as captain.

His previous career highlights include being the captain of Kings for three seasons and leading them to their maiden PSL title in 2020. Despite this, Karachi’s worst PSL performance last season led to his replacement by Babar Azam.
Imad scored 616 runs in 64 matches he has played in the HBL PSL, including two fifty-scorers. During his career, Imad Wasim had 41 wickets with the ball and is currently playing in LPL for Galle Gladiators.
Nevertheless, Imad has again been appointed captain of Kings after Babar Azam moved to Peshawar Zalmi. Karachi will host the next season’s players’ draft on December 15.
