Why are Indian players not Allowed in PSL?

Pakistan and India have always been into controversies and rivalries. BCCI doesn’t allow Indian players to be part of the PSL. Per BCCI rules, any Indian player, contracted or uncontracted, cannot play any franchise cricket outside India.
