Narendra Modi Stadium is owned by the Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA). It is a venue for Test, ODI, T20I, and Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket matches and the home venue for IPL team Gujrat Titans. The stadium is formerly known as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cricket Stadium, and it is located inside Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel sports enclave in Ahmedabad, India. 

The Stadium was inaugurated in 1983. It has become the regular venue for international matches. The stadium was closed in 2015 and opened again in 2020 after a complete rebuild. On 24 February 2021, the stadium was renamed after the name of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.

The Stadium is the best cricket venue in India. The redesigned stadium spread over 63 acres of land. It contains 76 corporate boxes holding 25 people each, four dressing rooms, and a 55-room clubhouse. The stadium has three entry points, and a metro line passes from one of the entry points.

Redesigned Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cricket Stadium, currently named Narendra Modi Stadium, has a 1,32,000 seating capacity and has become the world’s largest cricket stadium.
