Narendra Modi Stadium is owned by the Gujarat Cricket Association (GCA). It is a venue for Test, ODI, T20I, and Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket matches and the home venue for IPL team Gujrat Titans. The stadium is formerly known as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cricket Stadium, and it is located inside Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel sports enclave in Ahmedabad, India.
The Stadium was inaugurated in 1983. It has become the regular venue for international matches. The stadium was closed in 2015 and opened again in 2020 after a complete rebuild. On 24 February 2021, the stadium was renamed after the name of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.
